ANGOLA : Angola: National Basketball Team Starts Preparation in Bié Province
Luanda — Angola's national men team of basketball that will take final shape on May 30 will start its preparation in central Bie province, ahead of the Afrobasket2013 set for August 20-31, in Cote d'Ioive, Angop learnt.
Medical tests an administrative issues will be handled on June 03-14, whereas physical, technical and tactic preparation will start on the 16th in Bié.
Meanwhile, the second phase of the training will start in central Benguela province on May 23, before returning to Luanda for the last training period.
A period of friendly games will be held in Spain on dates still to be announced.
The Angolan team will leave for the venue of the competition on August 17. Angola will play Cape Verde, Mozambique and Central Africa Republic
