FUBA basketball league: Falcons unleash new faces

Ssentongo is set to be unleashed by Falcons/John Batanudde
Aware how tight their game against former champions Kyambogo Warriors is expected to be, Falcons are not taking any chances as they look for an outright win when the FUBA- Basketball league continues Friday.
The fallen champions in their campaign to prove to their main sponsors Blue Cubes that they are still good enough for the sponsorship have decided to unleash Brian Ssentongo and Francis Tumusiime as they seek to increase their strength in depth against the Warriors.
Despite joining the club during the offseason, the duo who crossed over from Miracle Eagles have not featured foe the club whose only loss so far came at the hands of KIU.
The duo will be supporting Kenyan import Philip Amenyi in their campaign to silence the Warriors.
But experienced Warriors coach Mande Juruni neither is nor scared of the unleashing as he is concentrating on seeing that his team wins the encounter.
In Sam Gombya, Juruni is expected to build his team’s attack and defence as he is the players that is expected not only to close out Amenyi, but also initiate the moves that will see Warriors victorious.
Gombya will be supported by Ronnie Kasewu and Norman Blick.
Juruni will also be welcoming back another towering Kenyan player Michael Kariuki who has been away for some time.
