UAGNDA : A Jagged Path for Warriors

WARRIORS coach Sylvan Kaboha wants to exact revenge on Sadolin Power in today's Yello Max playoff encounter at the YMCA.

The 2000 MTN Basketball League champions defeated Warriors 78-69 in game one of the best-of-three playoff series last weekend, and are looking to wrap up the series with another resounding victory today.

But still reeling from a disheartening nine-point defeat, Warriors have declared a war zone in today's game two.

"I can say that last week's loss will still be weighing on my player's minds which will be more than enough motivation for my boys as I will help them make the right decisions," Kaboha noted.

Stephen Okias, Ronnie Kasewu, Brian Rugyendo and Brian Gumisiriza, who seem more adept in the playoff environment, will be allowed more time on the court for Warriors.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Mwenyango contends that the crowds at today's women's playoff encounter between champions A-1 Challenge and KCC Leopards will be guests to a passionate clash the Challengers are determined to win.

Leopards v A-1 3.30pm
(Leopards lead series 1-0)

Warriors v Power 5.00pm
(Power leads series 1-0)
