UGANDA: Six Register for Mak Open
A total of six local basketball teams have so far confirmed participation in the forthcoming Makerere Open.
Charging Rhinos, Kololo Bush Courts, KCC Lions and defending champions Sadolin Power, together with women giants KCC Leopards, Crane High and league queens A-I Challenge have confirmed entry.
This 37th edition of basketball bonanza, which also acts as a curtain riser to the MTN Basketball League will take place between March 24-26.Regional institutions - United States International University (USIU), Kenyatta University and Butare University (Rwanda) were invited.
Former league champions Sadolin Power will be defending their men's seniors' title while KCC Leopards are the women defending champions.
